Intro to Sewing & Alterations Series for Adults is focused on developing a solid foundation of skills for independent and confident sewing. Students will learn how to operate a sewing machine and develop basic and practical skills and then put their skills to use with basic alterations, hems and taking in.
Beginner Sewing Series for Adults is a 3-part class. Each class is 2 hours long.

Age Group: Adults
Skill Level: New to Sewing, Beginner
Materials: We have sewing machines, tools, and notions. You are welcome to bring your own sewing machine (that is in working order). We will have samples of clothing to alter but you can bring your own pants to hem and shirt/top to take in.
