Fashion Sewing for Teens is a great series for the teen who loves fashion and wants to learn more about how to sew clothes! Each series will teach students the basic construction of a garment piece along with more advanced techniques to build their knowledge of dressmaking techniques. 

Session 1 will be focused on making a BOATNECK TOP.

Age Group: Teens

*Project can be adjusted for boys but will still have a garment focus

Skill Level: Advanced beginner and beyond. Must have a good understanding of basic skills and feel very comfortable using a sewing machine (threading, winding bobbin, adjusting dials). 

Fee: 3-class series is $100, materials not included. 

Fabric Requirements: Students will need to bring their own fabric. 

    • 2 yards of cotton fabric
    • 1 package of single-fold bias tape in a coordinating color
