Sewing School: Beginner Series for Kids is a program for students who are new to sewing or have just gotten started. This series is focused on developing a solid foundation of skills for independent and confident sewing. Students will learn how to use a sewing machine and develop basic and practical sewing skills by making fun and engaging projects. Each month is focused on a theme to develop knowledge and confidence in a specific skill or technique.
Sewing School: Beginner Series for Kids is a 3-class series each month. Each class is 90-minutes long.
PREREQUISITE: In sewing school we get right to making projects! Before attending Sewing School, we request that all students take the Intro to Sewing for Kids class that gives the student experience with setting up and operating a sewing machine and basic sewing skills.
